Federer is the favourite for me. Today was a big victory for Lleyton, but not a crushing loss for Roger and he's still the favourite for Wimbledon ahead of Nadal, Roddick and some others.

I don`t believe Hewitt has what it takes to beat any favourite in a best of 5 format at Wimbledon.Last year he had a big chance and choked it away against Roddick.
Doing well in 250 events is one thing as he has proven in the past by winning Queens a couple of times but Wimbledon is a different thing.
With a good draw he might reach the quarters but i don`t see him farther then that unless he is in the Djokovic side of draw who he can beat on grass

You're making it sound like he's never won Wimbledon before

He won Wimbledon in the past beating Henman in the semis and Nalbandian in the final. Those days are long gone.Last year against Roddick he got himself in a 5 setter where he had a couple of chances to break Roddick and missed a few easy shots and lost his serve at 4-4 or something and Roddick served it out.
Probably he wouldn`t have beaten Murray in the semis but Roddick was so beatable that day

Don't want to see Federer or Nadal win Wimbledon again, or play in final...
Although, Hewitt - Roddick final would be dreamy final don't think it will happen

Any combination of Hewitt/Nalbandian/Roddick in the final would be good for tennis :yeah:

What, what what?!?!? Hewitt is KNOWN for his five set match record in big situations, especially in his glory days! And his form is approaching that of the old days, so....
I Dont mind Llleyton in the final losing to Rafa.

Or vice versa!;) Seriously, I'd be elated for the winner and crushed for the loser.

Hewitt's victory over Fed today will give his die-hard (mostly Australian) fans false hope. No way he's going to win another grand slam. His body will not hold up over seven best of five matches. Winning Halle was a great accomplishment and he's one hell of a fighter. But it will not happen.

Right. And Lopez will be the runner-up.

No false hope here mate. I just hope he gives his all. I don't expect any more from him, never have, never will.

Nadal played better in his QF loss to Lopez than Federer played in his F loss to Hewitt. I don't think Hewitt/Lopez are a factor at Wimbledon though.

Lleytons die-hard fans know better, we don't jump to the conclusion that it's suddenly possible for him to win Wimbledon, just because he defeated Federer in a grasscourt final. I hope he can make a good run like last year, that's all.
