Gonzo out for 10 weeks (will be back in Toronto)

he will miss Wimbledon (got to play 34 GS in a row, :yeah: too bad he won't be able to make it to 35) and the DC tie against Czech Republic among other tournaments.. :bigcry: so sad :sad:

Now that Gonzalez is out Chile has no chance to win the DC tie..

Get some rest Gonzo :) and get well for the US open series..

You still have a chance in the DC tie actually, Stepanek is no where near fit, fair enough Berdych is most likely to beat both ur players, but I still think u have a slight chance.

Too bad, seems he can't shake this knee injury. Hopefully this rest from the French to Toronto will help him re-energize.

what a season...

Chile lost a big chance at DC.

oh man, that is disappointing.

i was also wondering if we would see gonzo play sexy, but oh well, no chance of that now. remember this?

time to hang it up

Gonzo is hot. I like him, he plays nice tennis. I still think he has a few years left in him though. I hope he won't retire yet.

Stepanek and Berdych celebrating as we speak

Even with Jan Hajek playing they will beat us 5-0. Sexy must rest imo.

Gonzo wants to play till London 2012 at least, but probably he'll never be a real threat in the tour again.
