Witten ain't no fat dude, if by unfit you mean fat. Did you actually see him play live ?

Argentina- Fat Dave, plus Del Pony's body croaks it after like three hours of play.

The fact they won multiple consecutive big titles suggest that they are at least fitter players than the french players.
Look at Gasquet: the guy tires after just 2 sets!

Jesse Witten alone would be enough for the US to grab this category.

Nah, it's just the French are... French. Winning is not their thing. :p

French players:

Gasquet - dies after two sets
Monfils - is injured more times than not
Tsonga - too heavy for tennis
Simon - how long has he been out again?

Isner, Querrey aren't your archetypical washboard abs kind of guys, but they can play a lot and hang in there

Argie players, the older generation: Nalbandian, Puerta, Junqueira, Acasuso...

 Monfils and Tsonga are in great shape. Definitely not unfit! :cuckoo:

Muscles don't equal fitness, Monfils gets injured more times than not because of his playing style, he looks like a mummy on court sometimes with all the bandages and that's a fitness issue

Tsonga has a boxer complexion, he's too heavy to keep playing day after day sometimes and tires in long long matches

I'd have gone with Argentina, but it's not in the poll.

I can't decide what's more clownish, the OP itself or some of the responses :rolls:

This thread is really lame.

You could make a case for any country, but who cares.
