Wow, Mahut must have really collapsed after I stopped watching at the end of the first set. Shame for him, as this is his time of the season.

Good win for Marin! :)

Tough draw for Mahut. I hope he does well at Wimbledon, he's fun to watch on the grass courts.

Nico will be fine. I see absolutely no way he doesn't qualify, if he doesn't get a WC. Today he just wasn't consistent or assertive enough from the back of the court and Marin played really well also in the second and third. He'll put it together come Wimbledon time, I'm sure.

Congrats to Marin on the very impressive win! He'll need to show a similar level to beat Llodra.

Good win for Marin. Second year in a row he draws Mahut for his first match on grass. There's so few true grasscourters and they just have to play my favorites early on, it's a lose-lose situation for me. Good luck Nico for Wimbledon. Some of his half-volleys were just fabulous

Boooo for Lizard Lips, was hoping he could have gone deep here as he usually does. Great game to watch.

Excellent win for Cilic. Mahut is dangerous on grass & just the type of player you need to be able to beat if you're going to be a contender on the surface.

Erff My 2 favourite players have to face Cilic, bad luck.

I still can't realize my 2 favourite players are French. Says a lot about present-day tennis.
