Andy served well but didn't have to do anything else except wait for Kunitsyn to make errors.

Good performance from Andy. Served well today, moved well also.

Igor, I like him, but he really is mediocre. Did good to get a win this week, this result and scoreline was never in doubt.

It's like Nadal returning to clay. All the doubters get silenced.

Exaggerating much  You're basically jinxing him for another early exit a la the one to Tipsy two-three years ago ;)

Duck is the second best grasscourter of his generation and it shows time and time again :yeah:

I don't like Roddick at all, but I fancy his chances of winning the trophy he has craved the most for nearly 7 years in a few weeks' time. Only Federer and Nadal could be placed ahead of him in the grass court pecking order, and no-one other than these 3 guys have appeared in a Wimbledon final since 2003.

I would quite like to see another Roddick-Nadal match on grass this year. If it doesn't occur in the final here, hopefully they will be drawn in the same half as each other at Wimbledon.

Yeah let's not get ahead of ourselves here.

Agreed - Nadal is better but they're not of the same 'generation'. For me Roddick was easily the second best player at Wimbledon in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2009...it's a shame for him that he ran into Federer on each of those occasions.

In my opinion Roddick is better than his contemporary Hewitt on the grass even though Hewitt won Wimbledon. For Hewitt it seems like peaking one year earlier made all the difference. I'd also rank Roddick above a number of other one time winners of Wimbledon such as Cash, Stich and Krajicek.

Now here's a question for you...Roddick or Ivanisevic on grass? I'm leaning towards Goran myself.

i think if andy is at peak serving form, if he and fed meet, andy will win esp if before the final

he's definitely #2 on grass at peak form as the serve is nigh on unreturnable.

rafa's serving is a big weakness in his game.
