Pere Riba shouldn`t find many troubles to reach the final. Maybe he will find some descent opposition in Janowicz and Balazs. Oscar Hernandez has a difficult 1st round match against Jiri Vanek and after that shouldn`t find many troubles to reach SF.

Bagnis has the chance to gain some descent points after a frustrating ride on the challenger tour. Still wondering why Pella pulled out of this tournament.

Poor field for this tournament

If he is focused on Wimbly he would had pulled out of Bytom and trained the week before on grass (read play the quallies of Eastbourne or Hertogenbosch for instance) but as he decided to play this tournament he might be looking forward to win more ATP points (I don`t think he would have decided to play Bytom for the money... :smash:)

Not really a good sign for Klizan to be taken to the brink by someone of the level of Slanar.

Oscar played very well in last 2 sets. Vanek had no chance to win in those sets.

Jurek Janowicz also played quite well. I came here to see last points of the tie-break, and Kravchuk served 2 or 3 consecutive aces, but then in 2nd and 3rd set Janowicz was consistent, played very mature tennis on his bps and on important points. He looks to be in fine form last weeks. It will be good battle of big serves against Schoorel.

Klizan was complaining on everything. He's hot-tempered and he lost because of that. When he played his best game he dominated rallies. He called the supervisor after Bagnis dropped the ball from his pocket, but it happened after Klizan hit the ball to the net, so the umpire was right to give a point for Bagnis (and supervisor confirmed it). Entertaining man this Klizan and I wish him good luck in next torunaments ;)

Bagnis played quite well, good at defence and consistent, but his backhand is poor.

Match of the day was Janowicz - Schoorel, but unfortunately I had to go after 1st set, when Janowicz was clearly a better player. In next two sets the scoreline was much more expected as they are both big guys with huge serves.

I watched the last set of Bagnis with Bachinger. It was not a match of a great quality but this is nicet that Facu was able to reach his first challenger tour final. . It was a great day for Facu where he rallied back the 2nd wet to win it in a tie break on his 1/4 match. Ahd he had to fight to beat a tidy rival with not big weapons like Bachinger. He is having a great week but I don`t think he will have many chances against Riba in the final.

I watched Pospisil and Riba`s match too. I`d never heard that much of Pospisil and he really impressed me well. Riba is the clear favourite to win the title.
