As far as best looking men in the world, it depends on what you like, what you are attracted to. Personally for me, I am attracted to darker haired, so I would say Italians/Spanish/Latin American(and for some reason French)! ;)

Regular American guys are better-looking... at least that's what they look to me. These are athletes we're talking about, but when you leave sports out I think regular Spanish guys are very average looking... when they reach 30 they're either bald or have a beer belly, believe me. Americans practice much more sport through out their lives and are more fit.
