No thread yet? The longest tie-break since January 2007. But not the longest in their careers! Berrer lost a match to Gary Lugassy 7-6(16) 1-6 1-6 in the final of France F19 in 2003.

Clement equalled his longest tie-break but it was super tie-break (p/Escude), and they won it. In singles played twice 12-10, once won, once lost...

Nice match of two chokers :tape:
Clement had 6-3* in TB of 1st set after that Berrer lost his serve one time in 2nd set and after that he didnt have any problems until 76 46 53* and then he choked as usual, but glad that he was able to break back to 64 :)
Good to see that he wins such matches now at least, important win on his way into top 50!

Why are you surprised? Who the fuck cares about these two clowns? Not our fault you have a hard on every time a tie-breaker goes further than 12 points :o

I think the thread has more value than only the tie break, just to show Berrer is improving.
He might be a clown, but is trying very hard, I thought Karol Beck at this time would have been playing better than him.

:worship: This match was so much better than Monfils-Rochus.

He's getting a lot of abuse from the betting forum, glad there are people who like him, at least he deserved it last week.

Never easy to win first match in another event after reaching a final in the previous week.

BTW, Clement was a total jerk on court; commanding ball kids, constanly complaining to the referee about everything, ssssh-ing the crowd all the time, giving us the finger when Berrer made a great point ended by an error by Clement. Looked like he needed 100% silence to concentrate, pathetic. I guess he doesn't do well at the US Open then.

Same happened last year in Rotterdam. Guy is a dick who can probably only play well when he is playing in an empty hall. Gicquel did about the same in Rosmalen last year, stupid Frenchies.
