Here's a list of some of his H2Hs:

3-7 vs Nadal
3-4 vs Djokovic
6-5 vs Federer
5-1 vs Del Potro
5-4 vs Davydenko
6-2 vs Roddick
4-1 vs Cilic
2-1 vs Tsonga
2-1 vs Soderling
4-0 vs Gulbis
5-3 vs Wawrinka
0-2 vs Nalbandian
1-2 vs Gasquet
2-1 vs Monfils
8-1 vs Verdasco
1-2 vs Gonzalez
3-1 vs Stepanek
2-1 vs Blake
2-2 vs Robredo
3-1 vs Simon
2-1 vs Haas
1-0 vs Hewitt
2-0 vs Youzhny
1-1 vs Ferrer
3-0 vs Ferrero
1-1 vs Berdych
3-2 vs Ljubicic

He played 11 times against Fed. Is it another player against whom he played more ?

As you can see, he didn't play more than 7 matches against other players than Nadal, Federer, Davydenko, Roddick, Djokovic, Wawrinka and Verdasco.

Are you aware of other consistent H2hs of Muzza's ?

I'm interested in descovering who he matches up well against, and whom not.

His matches against Wawrinka are always good. He has got a bit of a battle going on with Federer atm. I remember him beating Federer in a best of 3 when he was very young. It was in a final but I am not sure which tournament.

Andy hasn't beaten Fed in a final. Their first meeting was in the Tokyo 2005 final, which Roger won. Then Andy upset Fed in the 3rd round of Cinci 2006 I think it was.

Haha bizarre. I was truly positive, I can see myself watching the highlights on BBC in my old house in the middle of the night. Maybe it wasn't a final.

Bangkok, yes.

Then Cinci 06, Dubai 08, USO 08, Madrid 08, TMC 08, Doha 09, IW 09, Cinci 09, WTF 09, AO 10.

2nd round. Close enough, though. ;)

I got both the location of the first match and the round of the second match wrong. :o  Thanks for the correction. :p

Federer is the closest he has to a rivalry although I don't think he's fully developed a rivalry with any particualr player yet. The supposed one with Djokovic hasn't really materialised, maybe his matchup with Del Potro will develop in the future

Djokovic and Murray have been 3 and 4 for nearly two years. It's impossible for them to meet at GS and Masters level before the finals. Should be interesting now with Djokovic at number 2 and Murray at 3. Maybe a slam meeting is not too far away.

True, but even though they've both been ranked so high, US Open 08 is the only GS where they've both made the semi finals so it's not as if they've missed opportunities to meet in a GS because of their rank....

Also, for some reason it's not a match that I really look forward to seeing. I;d rather watch Djoko or Murray v Nadal or Federer than against each other. I can't quite put my finger on it, maybe because most of their previous matches have been fairly one-sided and neither seem to play their best against each other

You bring up an interesting point, that they haven't lived up to their seeding simultaneously often enough anyway. But I've got a feeling that is about to change.

Yeah their matches are quite up and down. I remember the Cinci 2008 one being filled with nerves and their Miami match certainly wasn't the best either.
