:haha: Sue, don't listen to Mikey :ras:.

I had a great time yesterday with my new roommate and a friend (soon to be bf ;)) of hers. We went to this new club; they had a multicultural show with belly dancing, flamengo music, a kamasutra dance :aplot:, acrobats, 4 African male dancers (shirtless and yummy  ) etc... there were also some interesting hors d'oevres as well as naked sushi and body painting . After all the shows we danced for hours  (no men in toilets though  ). I drank a lot (for my standards) and today had a hangover :(.

[rant]
One thing that baffles me: my roommate had moved in this area only for a day and she immediately met this guy who seems very nice, funny, smart etc; today he has taken her out all day for lunch, shopping, dinner, clubbing. I'm sure in a few months I will be telling you they are getting married (MARK MY WORDS  ). I've been here for ever and I still haven't found a decent bf .

I guess everyone should make a list; then whenever you meet someone new you make sure to go through everything before you make your move . Hmmm... not a bad idea; one has to be organized and practical in these cases. Falling in love at first sight is so overrated and making a move before you are sure can be time wasting and dangerous. :p

Hi Sue and Mikey. :wavey:

Just studying for my final exams, writing my thesis, preparing the application packages for graduate studies, studying for GRE (General) and at the same time having a part time job. Lucky me. I consider it as a "punishment" for my prolonged period of laziness.
good luck:yeah:
i don't remember uni's age..too much time is pass:scratch::devil:

I drank a lot (for my standards) and today had a hangover :(.

so u were the candle:angel: ;) u drunk or they gave u a lot of drink :aplot:

One thing that baffles me: my roommate had moved in this area only for a day and she immediately met this guy who seems very nice, funny, smart etc; today he has taken her out all day for lunch, shopping, dinner, clubbing. I'm sure in a few months I will be telling you they are getting married (MARK MY WORDS  ). I've been here for ever and I still haven't found a decent bf .
[/end of rant]

Don't worry, Metis. He is just after her body! :o ;)

No wonder!

Sport hating, Opera loving young men are hard to come by thesedays :p:hug:

:ras:

you should settle for a young lady  Now excuse me for 25 seconds while i have something i need to go and do

Going fantasying about Metis and this young lady, Mikey? :aplot:

I guess everyone should make a list; then whenever you meet someone new you make sure to go through everything before you make your move . Hmmm... not a bad idea; one has to be organized and practical in these cases. Falling in love at first sight is so overrated and making a move before you are sure can be time wasting and dangerous. :p

I have the list ready since I was 16  I don't know how it happens but the list is somehow forgotten when I was about to have a new man

There will be more to come if Fed can't find some form back... For some reason I feel he'll be back strong (if not stronger), if he was really declining he'd be pissed and that would show off... He seems to to be too quiet to already be a hopeless spent force...

This is basically what Deivid and I have been saying in the Federer is still the best player thread. Yes, he is still the best player, he isn't in the best shape at the moment, but like it has been mentioned, the lack of conditioning is the big thing for me.

Just found out one of good tennis friends has released a CD and I am surprised, it's actually quite good.

Music one. They don't practice very much, they all do their own thing. Then he emails me and tells me the band has released something.

One of their songs is called 6 Billion Disappointments, about the world population, well that could be about MTF, just change the number :)

One of the guys had all the proper equipment and they recorded it there.

Good move to live in a village and then just drive into the city, if you need it.

I am still there in Tasmania, going to move next year probably.

JM, this is them. They are called Evil Tony and the Helicopters. The whole album is there. Got some funny lyrics, but like I said I was surprised.

The singer has had no training.

They are Aussies from Sydney. He is one of my tennis friends I met when I started going to tournaments here.

Actually how we met was funny. The old facility at White City, there was a creek running next to the venue, but it was hardly full. You could walk along the well and it lead to a very small fence that could be stepped over and once through, then you were on the grounds and a free day at the tennis.

Helloooo everyone :wavey:

First final in a while for Rafito  Vamos!

Linda has left already?

That is my plan, to see Escude behind Metis

 I prefer to think of it as Escude under Metis :p

so u were the candle:angel: u drunk or they gave u a lot of drink

 We have a similar expression in Greek; or '3rd wheel' as they say in English :). It wasn't like that though, they are not together yet, otherwise I would have felt strange... Actually today she told me she's not interested; she's used to dating men that are more attractive :speakles:.

I made 2.5k euros at poker yesterday night :bounce: I'm back on track

And tomorrow they start building the house

All in all the only bad thing these days is Fed sucking

PS: and all-in on Rafito of course, vamos campeon, kill the cheater !!!!

Congrats! :aparty: You can't have it all, win in poker, new house AND Fed winning :ras:

OT: I laughed at the other banner of the PSG fans "désolé, on savait pas que vous saviez lire"

That's a good one. :haha:

Sure most of my friends (and brother) have baby girls and they wanted guys... But they're very happy to have girls now

some things never change...

It was the opposite in my case. Mom was always chasing me around (I was very naughty :p). Dad never lifted a hand to strike me. I would always run to him for protection . Of course sometimes I was too naughty so they had to combine forces to catch me when I was running around the dinner table
