No real preference, to be honest. They both need to win it, for different reasons. If they can make a good match of it, then I'll be satisfied with any outcome.

Murray was awesome a few years ago but then turned into a pusher. If he plays attacking tennis i'll support him.

Murray but he will probably put on a mug performance, staying competitive for one set and then self destructing mentally and fall prey to The Fedmeister easily. Federer still dominating the slams even when he is passed his best days is kind of sickening in the sense that there should have been players this past 1-2 years who have throwed the gauntlet down and man'd up and overtook him with his level slipping..

Tough one as I like both & Murray could do with getting that first slam under his belt. But after last year I'd like Federer to have another Australian title and I can't bear to watch him losing another slam final. Fed to win this and then Murray to get Wimbledon.

I know Americans are stereotyped for only understanding "foot in the bucket" humour, but you're carrying it to extremes. Have you even noticed that the on-court Courier interviews are pretty light-hearted stuff, and that Fed was making a joke (maybe he should put a sign up for you "Joke Coming". Oh btw, he must have known there'd be people like you, because he did go on to say "yes, I really did have eto go to the toilet", at which point Courier chimed in "That's TMI" Next you'll be quoting him for saying he doesn't do any offseason training, just sits on the couch minding the twins. Oh and he didn't admit to taking the break to break his opponent's rhythm, he "confessed" to doing it so the sun would move one centimetre from where it was, so there'd be one centimetre less of sunlight. Do quote him correctly :)
