I think you forgot to consider he could have broken his opponent's serve in that set. Soooo calrify yourself.

I think Roitman once won one set 6-1 in a HC challenger to him :spit:

Another funny and unique Karlovic record is his 0 aces v Mofils in Monte Carlo in 2008

Don't have to be so pedantic mate, you know what he means.

This doesn't count as a bagel, but Lleyton did break him three times in the first set of their 2003 First Round Wimbledon match, 6-1. He couldn't even break him once in any of the next three though.

Yup. Karlovic has lost a set 1-6 7 times on the ATP tour, with only two of those set defeats coming on clay. A teenage Nadal gave him a 1-6 set defeat on the fast carpet of Milan.

Wow, your research skills really are impressive! Hard to imagine Ivo was around in 1994, that's 16 years ago. Wouldn't he have just been 14 or 15 then! I can only imagine how skinny he must have been.

atp-website has: S Olivier Mutis (FRA) 403 L 6-0, 5-7, 4-6, probably more correct, Best-Of-5 wouldn't make sense anyway.

another:
Lucknow 2, India; 29.11.1999; CH; Outdoor: Grass; Draw: 32
R16 Tuomas Ketola (FIN) L 0-6, 4-6

The truly astounding thing about this match - not only did Kiefer win the first set and the tiebreak to love, but Karlovic led 4-1* in the second set and Kiefer went on to serve for the match at *5-4, meaning that Karlovic lost serve 5 times in 2 sets, there were 3 breaks in the space of 4 games and 7 breaks overall in the match between two of the best servers and attacking players in the men's game. Bizarre.
