Easy win for Nadal. :) Rafa is on fire again. Good for him now when he needs to defend a lot of points at AO.

Viktor :o was extremely passive, too many UE. He woke up at the end of the match when it was already too late.

Nadal was hitting the ball so well in the first set.

36 WINNERS!?!?! A bit different from London eh?

And LOL at Barcelona scarf in the crowd. Don't they know he is a Real Madrid fan haha.

Stepped off from the gas pedal a bit last few games. Some major flaws with short low bouncing cross court backhands aimed at his forehand side. He should pay more attention if he plays Davydenko.

He'll surely make up for it in the final :rocker2:

That was a crushing, truly.

Sure Troicki is a bit of a head case, but the serving, the volleying the hitting, this Nadal just might be in better form than last year at the AO, the final of this tournament will give a much better indication of this, of course.

However, I have little doubt that Nadal will win this tournament regardless of if it's Federer or Davydenko.

Let's see tomorrow.

It should have been 61 61  Rafa  losing concentration when surving for the match

I'm so pissed :( All those easy matches are not helping Rafa's preparation for AO  He's not getting used to play under pressure.
Good to see Rafa into the final though :) after the difficult 2009 finally something positive for us, Rafafans :)

Good luck tomorrow, Rafi :inlove:

Good thing that he's guaranteed a quality opponent in the final.

BTW, speaking of preparations, don't worry. Murray is playing easier matches than Nadal, while Djokovic & Del Potro are doing nothing

Just because he has won 4 matches in a row against opponents ranked outside the top 20? LOL!

Nadal will win all 4 slams this year. Mark my works. You heard it here first.Actually, we read it here first:

:o rafael nadal will win all 4 grand slams in 2010, in other words rafa will win the calendar year grand slam :oAnd that suggestion is still as laughable. :haha:

They'll play Kooyong next week  it's the 6th Slam you know :p As for Murray I'm now aware what is going on in that Hopman Cup tournament, I don't even know who is playing there :o

I'm not sure who I prefer in the final coz I really think that Nadal could beat Federer tomorrow and I'm not sure about beating Davo.

if they didn't play in any challengers then yes :) they played an exho set in London that Federer won 6/3.

21 winners and 2 UE in the first set :worship:

Those stats are obviously BS. Do you really believe Nadal hit 3 winners per game in the first set? He won 58 points over both sets and hit 36 winners according to the statistics. I'm willing to bet Troicki's UE count is 22 and everything else is incorrectly labeled a "winner".

Funny how some are so blinded by their bias that any attempt at logic & reason is swiftly brushed aside. The stats have been a joke all throughout the tournament. Federer sure didn't hit 47 winners when winning 56 points vs Rochus.

Davydenko won as well. I guess Nadal can't bank on easy finals like Federer anymore. Now the rest of the field realize Fed isn't that great. Davydenko will be a tough final for sure. Vamos Rafa!

Tomorrow, Nadal really needs to win. If he loses again after this improvement in his game, his faith may be really damaged. He needs to win a title and to defeat a top player NOW.
