According to our local news today,Yeu-Tzuoo has been suffering breast problem recently,and even his family spent lots of money to check what cause the problem,the doctor still can't find the reason.

Mainly because I was moving back to my hometown-- I had to make things fewer, and I sold almost everything in my room. It's funny that things like used table, used lamp and even used telelphone set have buyers too, computers are popular in "this market" I think ;)

Well, lin, it's a long story! I'm not going to the UK now, instead, I'll stay in Taiwan, still as a graduate student though. I thought I did a bad jab in the entrance exam of the graduate schools I wanted to study in, however my scores turned up to be EXTREMELY good ;) don't ask me why :p And my sister is studying abraod now, I don't want to make my family's financial situation too difficult so I choose to stay in the end. Not a very tough decision, I love this school ;) .

The rumor was Su-Wei like Yen-Hsun Lu.
Yeu-Tzuoo Wang was going to meet Richard in the third round of men's qual singles so lin and I were looking forward to the Yeu-Tzuoo/ Richard match, nothing to do with Su-Wei really... ;)
Unfortunately both Teu-Tzuoo and Richad lost in the second round...
However, it will be great too if Su-Wei likes Richard and is a friend of him. :p

Stephane, will you attend ITF Grade 4 Vietnam International Junior Championships in December?

I live in Hochiminh City and this tourney is in Hanoi (over 2,000km far away).

But it just so happens that I'll be in Hanoi from December 3rd evening until December 7 night.

It's for a business trip but I'll most probably drop by the tourney site from time to time ;) . I expect the SF and F to be on Saturday and Sunday. If it's the case, I'll be there.

Anyone you know going there?

I know the distance between Hanoi and Hochiminh City, just don't know where you live ;)

I don't know exactly if Taiwanese juniors will show up there, but it is very likely because it's Asian tourney. Also, our local juniors championship will be held this week(from 11/18), so many good Taiwanese juniors can play Hanoi .

I expect and hope some juniors like Yung-Jan Chan(13 yrs) and Meng-Hua Lee(17 yrs) will show up there, because they need more experiences of playing overseas.

Good that you know the distance because many don't ;) . I live 15 minutes away from the place where all tourneys are held in Hochiminh City :) : Good for the S.E.A. Games December next year :D .

Will Su-Wei be participating at this Junior event in Taiwan :confused: .

The tournament in Hanoi is only a grade 4. So I don't expect top junior players to attend :sad: .

Su-Wei won't play that event, neither Chia-Jung and Chin-Wei. They're just a bit old for juniors and too good.

I know the tournament in Hanoi is only a grade 4, but I think many Asian young juniors will show up there, and would be some good matches. Perhaps you can observe how good your favorite young Chinese girls if you attend ;) .

BTW, do you know when next year's Asian Group Fed Cup will be held? Because when I saw an article about Angelique Widjaja, her coach didn't mention she will play Indian Wells next year...

I think that the dates for Fed Cup are known only later in the year. If I remember correctly, IW was at the same time as the Fed Cup world qualifying matches two years ago. And at the same time as the final Asian Fed Cup matches this year. So who knows what will be planed next year...

As for Chinese Junior players, I have seen none of them yet. I hope a couple of them will be in Hanoi ;) , out of curiosity. The Chinese players I have seen so far are the most experienced ones (and therefore the oldest ones ;) ) .

I usually prefer to watch "older" players as their game improves with age (in particular tactically). But there's a friend attending the tournament in Hanoi, so I'll have a look at the same time to Chinese players if they are there :angel: .

well, I hope next year's Asian Fed Cup matches will be the same time as world group in April.
