You girls are funny  But I can tell you it was really a hard decision...but I first went to Picos match and left it when he was leading 4:1 in the first set and then went to David to sit directly in front of the lovely Mr. Piles ;) :hearts: But....it was not on purpose...the court was very crowded and I was glad to find one empty seat (of course I had to watch the match on my own :( Where are you when I need you Ali or Linda???) and when I sat down I recognized Javi and Gimeno behind me ;) Javi was shouting things at David all the time :)

I am very happy Ferru won and I am glad one of Pico/Ferru is in the quarterfinal, but I am still not happy they have to play against eachother tomorrow...though I think I will support Ferru a tiny little bit more ;)

FerrersLinda
07-23-2009, 05:48 PM
Birte:wavey: you lucky, lucky woman. I think you did a great job choosing first Pico, making sure he'd win the match and then going to tell David to get a move on. You make us proud.:)

I think I also speak for Ali when I say we would have loved to be there with you.

If it ever stops raining you are in for such a treat today, Pico, David and the lovely Senor Piles all on around the same court. Have fun!!!

No, not true. Costa Ricans are latino too and they aren't that great at partying at all.:awww: In fact I think this cold Dutch woman is probably better at it.

If they asked you to register I'm sure they will call you as soon as they have a place for you. And after the 16th is great, right after the USO.:)

My friend has a litter of crazy Border Collies. Some tri-colour doggies.:hearts:

Yeah, big fat bummer. Before I moved here I had visions of house parties where everybody would just start dancing. Totally un-Costa Rican.:awww: I try to live it up though, teach those Ticos how it's done.

Okay, if you are enjoying yourself it's fine. Have you discovered yet that day time television sucks?

Borders are crazy, energetic but smart smart smart. Mine is sometimes defunct though, in the intelligence category I mean.

Daytime tv is dire :o I watch a lot on the History channel so my brain doesn't turn to mush :p thou I've realised they repeat everything over and over again :D I also watch the ED web cam quite a lot which is very sad but it's fun trying to make up stories for what they can be filming  I got to watch James film on & off for 6 hrs the other day :help:

Seriously, you need a job or a better hobby.:o You're worse than when I was jobless. At least I spent my days wisely, looking for shirtless Paolo, David and Marat pictures online.:p

Hey, why don't you get yourself a Border puppy? It will keep you busy. When Noodles was a pup she had invisible springs under her paws and I had to take her for walks every so many hours because she'd drive me crazy jumping up and down on the porch.

Looks like the Man is back and fit to go!!!!

He's playing an exo in Luanco tomorrow (Wednesday 04 Aug) - on SAND: in fact on the beach!!! (fun hey - you can swim on the court when the tide comes in, heee!!) Which he won last year BTW... Luanco looks to be a nice place on the north coast of Spain (in Asturias), so I bet they have some great seafood...

http://www.tenisplaya.com/entorno.htm

Then it's off to the lovely city of Toronto (not that I suppose he'll see much of it...) Kick ass Ferru!! :worship::kiss::hearts:
