Needed: Complete Details and Statistics of Federer's 14 Grand Slam Wins?

I was wondering if any rabid Federer Fan has ever compiled a list of information on all the matches Federer played at the Grand Slams that he won (i.e. 7 x 14 = 98.) Including statistics. Else, any pointers on how to complete this task would be greatly appreciated.
