Simon could yet bolster his ranking on the clay, where he has lots of points to gain, but it's not been looking good.

It seems so long ago that he was playing so well against Gaudio in Hamburg, the Argentinian ripped up his shorts in frustration.

This Fognini is incredible, I will never forget his ballbashing in Umag QF, like some weird, no.1456 ranked mug. UE after UE and still not changing a thing in his game...The crowd almost whistled him out.
