It was quite a good match, hard fought, some classic backhands from Gaudio. No footfaults, he had a couple of his usual screams, played in a good spirit.

Good result, still a long way to go though.

Excellent news, and quite unexpected for me, even though with Gaston nothing can be really unexpected. :yeah:

I hope he enjoys and stays healthy, still a long way to go. Hopefully he will get a WC for Paris, there are not many active French Open champs these days.

With this result (Tunis) I think he will get WC. He is former champion ,as we all know.
If they could have given to Coria last year , I am almost sure they will give it to Gaston.
