I'm going to re-start watching Lost...
i don't want to because JJ abrams is an asshole full-of-himself dick-bag jerk
with no loyality to shows he creates but yet feels the need to inject himself in every single little part of a show to only leave it totally for other high profile jobs with the likes of Tom Cruise.

"creative responsibility" i call it and he has none & should be ashamed...
HE"S ON MY LIST.

but i'll be watching -this one
No new shows.

I'd go with the duck or lamb because I'm not overly fond of fish, otherwise the fish dishes do sound  Must bookmark that incase I'm ever in LABut I'm a very picky eater :awww: The plainer the better (well in terms of sauces, I like well-seasoned food). Seriously, the only thing on that menu that looks remotely appetizing to me is a steak.
Not my kind of menu either. Tres expensive but since it is LA it must be tres chic;)Yeah, it's in the Omni hotel downtown, one of the chicest?
Depends on who is paying ;)Not me  My friend told me in class tonight it's some kind of fixed menu, so hopefully it's chicken or something and it's simplified :sobbing: It's not til 7pm so I'll just eat before I go :haha:

This is stupid, but I'm so happy I wanted to share it! I retook that awful Honors Physics test, I don't know if you remember it, and got a 90%! I took it quite easy, and our physio wouldn't let me train unless I strapped my ankle up, so I did. And it was ok, far from 100% it hurt if I turned sharply, but good in general. I am pleased. Now, that massage you were talking about Deb......

Hey I look but I don't touch ;)

Nice av, I volunteered in the Bay Area branch for ACS a few times in high school and always helped out for the Relay for Life event. We'd place big candles on the bleachers that spell out "HOPE" and we read all the deceased names during the night candlelight vigil. :) My aunt is a coordinator for it every year. :)

Good for you. I lost a friend today from cancer so it is in her honor. I plan to participate next year. Right now I am having a toast in her honor as well:drink: so if I start to have multiple typos you will know why;)

basically in this country everyone gets ill when they first go to uni (during fresher's week generally), just because it's a stressful experience and people tend to go out loads and once someone gets ill, it spreads around and everyone catches it and we call it fresher's flu. i was just talking about those good ol' paper lanterns. boo at those plastic ones where you 'light' them using light bulbs :o kids today are really missing out

it's supposed to be a romantic day as well... if you have a lover, you'll "watch the moon" together (which is supposed to be a romantic to thing to do) and that's something to do with the "lady in the moon" story jiat mentioned... there 19 couples who got married in this 'mass wedding' today in one of the states here in m'sia today.

which part of m'sia are you in...is the haze bad there? I heard it was reaaalllyy bad in KL. and it's already really bad here and KL's supposed to be worse and it's :scared:

Haze is awful in KL and Penang - not sure about other places since that's where I have friends at. I'm in Sabah myself (the east coast) - it's been hazy here too but not as bad. Seems to clear up yesterday since it rained - but they're back again today :o

Where are you at? I hate this time of the year - haze makes me sneeze all day, and there's nothing I can do about it, not fun...

All purple store, Deb? LMAO! If I ever find an all blue store, that'd be my paradise :p The dress looks gorgeous though, and I was browsing the site last night till like 3 a.m. :o

I have no idea how the whole measuring system works, to be honest, since it's never been terribly bad over here. But that sounds bad, lol...
