Caro  Who cares if they think you're the biggest bitch in the world...it's your number and they need to know that and besides you're not gonna see them next year. Who cares what they think? Most seniors are so bigheaded (I'm pretty sure we'll somewhat be the same way in 2-3 years lmao), you need to just tell them what's going on. Who knows...maybe they'll listen

I just had to share this:o because sometimes I think life just sucks, but then you see stuff that makes you grateful for everything you have. Today was the visitation for a friend of mines daughter, who passed away monday. She was only 8 yo. This is a family that lost a baby 4 yrs ago, and one month after the death, their daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor. It all just makes you stop and think.

I don't think I've ever worn make-up. |: I mean I own lots of make-up, but the only reason I bought most of it was because I loved the pretty packaging.

I think make-up looks really nice and I'd love to wear it, but I just feel overdressed and self-conscious with it on (on the two occasions I tried I never left the house!). So I'm what you call the complete make-up'ophobe. |:

It's kind of funny though because I still go into shops and look at make-up and consider purchasing it! In fact I did so today!

L'Oreal, MAC, Maybelline, Cover girl and perhaps some Bobby Brown are all you need. Higher priced lines use the same ingredients as everyone else, your money is buying ads not quality.

I own makeup, but I almost never wear it because I have oily skin and it doesn't last more than an hour on my face.

acetone in face care??????? no, no acetone in it lol. I've been using it for years, love it.

Fee
09-03-2006, 04:46 AM
Yes, one of their astringents had a form of acetone in it (I used to use it, years and years ago and could never understand why my skin was getting worse). I think they finally changed it, but one of them still has menthol and alcohol in it. Two of the formulas are okay. Sea Breaze is absolutely the worst stuff on the planet, next to pure witch hazel. Menthol and alcohol should never touch a woman's face.

I like Neutrogena astringent - cheap, gentle, effective.

The only make up I use is a bit of bronzer when going out (or if I'm feeling particularly gross that day...) and I absolutely love my Napoleon bronzer!
As for moisturising products and such, I love Garnier stuff - it feels nice a fresh and not oily at all. Their Body Cocoon moisturiser is heaven.

I think it's disgusting and disgraceful and disrespectful and I'd be horribly embarrassed if he knew his fans talked about him like that:shrug:

oh, I haven't even looked at that one! I try to avoid most of the thread in GM, they all turn into hate-fests anyway!

Maybe he shouldn't do it every minute then.
disgusting and disgraceful and disrespectful
the same could be said for the habit.

Andy's fans have a bad enough reputation around here, the last thing GM needs to think is that we care about him grabbing himself all the time. And no Mary, I can't get it deleted. I can only report it like everyone else.

I also think that thread is disrespectful, that "habit" is a "habit" that EVERY GUY has, it's nothing special, and having a thread about it is very childish and immature.

99% of GM is immature.

Since when do we buy into a "since they do it, we can do it" mentality? I thought we were, as a group, better than they are?

wow. I'm sure a lot of other players do it as well, why make a thread about it though?

partygirl

Well i have never seen any man do it as much as Roddick.
it is really a non topic though so i see the point.

I don't think if they do it, i can too.
far from it...i was just stating that GM is immature.:p
i don't really care what people think if people think that is all we are capable of thinking of or talking about, then too bad for them...i wouldn't try to convince them otherwise because it is futile & they are stupid
I would ask why they ventured there in the first place...
I suppose i could look into why i went there as well :o

If Andy ever read it and was offended i would apoligise...but they are his actions &
i would ask if it is necessary every freakin' other point?

but he has a million & 1 habits i find most of them interesting actually.
I'm not really trying to defend that thread...maybe just my participation in it...but i'm stupid so kind of makes sense.
