Ok apparently it's when the iris gets inflamed, there's no specific reason why it could happen it just sometimes does. He said it can be very painful, and the way to treat it is to go to a specialist and they'd give them anti-biotics most probably.
Most often caused by viruses and they might also be placed on steroid eyedrops. Ok carry on I just have this need;) :p

Awwwwww thank you Susan

My brother is the most useless doctor ever. He came round to have a look at my finger to see if it was broken or not, and he says "it's hard to say, maybe you should get it x-rayed". What use is that? The advantage of having a brother as a doctor is surely to avoid having to go to hospital and waiting for like 6 hours, no? :p

About your trip, even though it sucks not being able to go to Poland/Vienna, you're so young still that you'll definitely have time to go there one day in the future. The trip will be so fantastic anyway! :yeah:

I fill out the form and then where it asks you to repeat the numbers/letters at the bottom. Then enter and that is the message I got about 5 times. My MSN is doing weird things as well leading me to believe that maybe there is a ghost in my machine. Just kidding but it is strange.
BTW you do know that my real name is just plain Sue don't you? I have never been and will never be a Susan. I assumed you were trying to get me going which you have realised takes more than you could ever muster up and throw at me. :p

Congrats to Nate on his Bar Mitzvah, did you shed any tears? I bet you did... :)
I did ok but Steve did indeed cry. Nate was great, it went fab and I pm'd Deb about our blessing which we kept very short and sweet. His sermon was also incerdibly to the point( thank god) and very mature. Suffice to say that he made his folks very proud. I think I will keep him even though he is a teenager.

Oh I definitely won't forget. I am contemplating writing an email to him so that he does fully understand what happened. I hate to sound like a parent, but this is something that he really needs to learn from. I thought at the time it was possible that he just did not know any better, that he was never taught things like this since he left home so early to move to Florida, and also that it might be a cultural thing (yes, this is Horia in case anyone hadn't guessed yet). I don't know. I surprised myself at how most of the anger etc came back in the course of a simple MSN conversation about it, so perhaps I should wait a few days before I write to him. Admittedly, I have missed him...

I just went and looked up a few definitions of 'big girl's blouse' for you: |:

-A male displaying percieved feminine characteristics through actions which cause his peers to think less of him.Being a big girls blouse is much worse than being just a girls blouse, thus it's highly insulting nature. Also used to force a man to do something they fear through peer pressure.

Chad:I don't want to to go sky diving while eating chilli.
Mike: Don't be such a big girls blouse.get in the plane and bring the chilli.
Chad:Fine...

- A weak timid man; a wet blanket; a wuss

Blow me - When an English colleague of mine exclaimed "Blow Me" in front of a large American audience, he brought the house down. If Kadima is yiddish for tackle hug, then yes, Dudi, Harel, and Noam will all get their share if they come. I really hope they do, I would like to see them again. :)
I missed this post sorry. Kadima is Hebrew for "onward" or "go forward". In short it is like come on or vamos. But I quite like the tackle hug aspect so feel free to do that too :haha:

And yeah I will keep Nate. He has a neighborhood friend over tonight and my little one is sleeping at a neighbors as well. He just came home to get the DVD "Uncle Buck". I have escaped to my office as two teens in the house is hazardous for my health.

Ewwww I start school tomorrow.
So I spent all day at the mall (seriously, open to close :sobbing: ) and my friend and I heled our guy friend buy school clothes. God, boys have it so easy! Anyway, we totally owned the mall and he's set for school :D. And I bought my new MAC eye shadow and an overpriced tank top. :o But it's cute, who cares.

Mary! dude you totally need to tell me about your day. But I have to go to bed early and not go on msn, so I'll talk to you this week. Or myspace me!

Mani, maybe you WILL win. :p The worst thing is saying you're going to lose and then playing scared the entire time because then you'll lose for sure. Give yourself a chance! You've got nothing to lose, hun. So play your best and don't worry about it.

Server died and server hostess spazzed out on me so now I'm without a photo gallery for my blog. Gah! Another year's worth of photos down the drain. :sobbing:

I don't know the first thing about building websites but I do know two things: I need an image gallery, and a I need a server to host it. I don't know anything about finding a good server, so I started with the image gallery thing.

So then I find the image gallery management system that I want to use. I download it. Okay. Now here's the system requirements to run their photo gallery:

Requirements:

A webserver or web hosting account (Linux/Apache recommended)
PHP Version 4.0.5 or higher (we recommend to use always the latest stable version).
To ensure that 4images is functioning properly, safe_mode should be disabled (safe_mode = off in your php.ini).
MySQL Version 3.23 or higher (MySQL Version 3.23.33 recommended)
optional:
ImageMagick, GD or NetPBM

I have no frickin' clue what any of this gibberish means. Where do I begin? I am screwed. :bigcry:

So, right now I'm sort of... ugh. See, some may know I'm singing at this year's school concert. And like, it's gonna be at a theater, and I have a number for myself. But I have back up dancers. They never let me choose, and the girls who are Seniors (I get along with them but still.) decided they were going to be it... whereas I was expecting to have my friends as back up dancers. I mean, I'M going to sing, shouldn't I be the one deciding? Anyways, thing is, I was seeing the moves, and I'm getting the feeling they wanna like, take over the stage. I don't like that at ALL.

I told the one that's basically leading the whole thing if she could like, add some of the girls in my class because she's already singing another song and I mean, it's not fair her doing two where some are left with nothing. And she's like 'Aw but we're seniors, we want to do it ourselves.' And I mean, they're making it seem it's THEIR number and THEIR dance and... it's just so annoying. I don't think I wanna sing anymore.

I don't want to talk to my profesor about it.
