Shame on you Yves.
Board, please disqualify him from this tournament, it's pretty clear he copied and pasted the whole buddyholly's draw.
I mean, he already tried to smartly "take advantage" at TT, DTT, PAW and TWS (if I'm not missing something). Don't let him screw this game.

To be honest, he wouldn't be the first. I've had someone copy a draw of mine before, and I asked d_s about it. He didn't say it was particularly illegal, and there was no proof that it was copied (and this was in a much larger tournament- 64 or 128 players). No one would have complained if he came in last or something like that. More often than not, it won't work out. As long as he submitted the draw before the tourney started, not much to say about it.

Yes, copying draws has probably been the main problem of FITD. I've noticed a number of copied draws over the course of FITD and I've discussed this problem before with Snoo Foo as well. The thing about this is that it's too hard to put a rule about copying draws because no one really knows whether the draw was copied or not. Sometimes people may just be thinking the same when submitting draws but sometimes it's also pretty clear the draw has been copied. It's just too difficult going after people who decide to copy other people's draws because who's to prove that it actually was copied. I just think why play the game if you're just going to copy someone else's draw. Doesn't it just defeat the purpose of the game? This game is Fill in the Draw not Copy Someone Else's Draw

I understand your point of view and I understand it's hard to disqualify someone in a game that is open for posting at the thread. I know Yves. copied the draw and I suppose everyone here knows that too, his past in other games is too dirty and doesn't leave any doubts. I just hope he doesn't do this anymore.

Why would Yves copy my draw? In fact, why copy any draw. Surely the fun of the game is how correct you can be. Competition with the others is a lesser part of the fun.
