this is the exact situation, but absolutely noone bookie is practising this rule. i've excluded it from my sample due to this. what we'll do here ?

People made vbets on this match in reliance on what was written by the vbookie, so if you want to use a different policy in the future it shouldn't be applied retroactively. :D

the bookies, which are refunding/voiding in a match with a retirement are few. Bet365 for example. Every other bookies are settling after a specific period of time: most of them on BALL Served (one point), few on First set completed, and Pinnacle on 2 sets completed. But nowhere exists a rule, which was the case here.
