Paradorn has beaten Andy only once in their previous meetings. So I guess Paradorn has to play his best to beat Andy. And he has yet to perform as well as he could.

The odds are completely against Paradorn in this match. It will be a miracle if he can defeat Roddick today. I don't think Paradorn has the weapons to do the job. Roddick's serve is just too big and it will be hard for him to be broken. Paradorn needs to serve out of his mind and attack the net in order to do the job. He can't stay back and outslug Roddick, he's too risky and he'll eventually be broken. Anyway, Good luck BON.

^ These are very cool smilies.

I haven't had a chance to pay attention to Paradorn in a whole match for a long time. Yesterday's play was really poor. He hasn't added anything to his natural game since he broke through a couple of years ago. By comparison, top players in their early twenties continue to improve and are constantly working on their tactics and shots. Paradorn was so far behind the baseline that he posed absolutely no threat to Andy. Paradorn's money shot forehand kept letting him down also because Andy was putting so much pressure on him. If he plays every opponent the same way he will continue to drop in ranking and lose to top 10 players.

All in all, it was pretty sad and disappointing to see Andy dismiss Paradorn so easily.
