Does Djokovic have another slam in him?

He's still very young, and despite his hate around here from what I've seen, I think he'll win one more.

If he sorts out his conditioning then yes, without doubt.

No, Nadal or Federer will stop him on every surface now. I mean even Andy Roddick can beat him.

Of course

I reckon he does but he needs to find his old confidence again.

New racquet doesn't help.

If he sorts out his fitness, and stops being a massive pussy on court, then sure why not.

I don't want it to happen, certainly.

But he has the weapons and has shown what he can do when in full form. However, don't expect him to shine for more than a few months in a row, so I doubt he will ever reach #1

It's amazing this guy, he has never, ever, defended a title! Must be a record, or something.

Would you check his title record first? He didn't even participated in half of tournaments he won year before becouse they were MM events.Amersfoort, Metz, Estoril, Adelaide...he didn't even played those year after he won them, it was early in his career and he was focusing on playing less meaningless tournaments after. He didn't defend his titles in some important tournaments, yeah, but calling it "amazing" or "must be a record" for a 21 yr old and doing it over and over again is just silly...

He's got a shot for sure. Whether he wants it badly enough or not is the question.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if he did, but I wouldn't call it anything near a certainty either. Mentally and physically he's patchy, as someone else said, it's hard to see him "dominating" for more than a couple of months at a time (like he did at the start of 08) so he has to hope that stretch of form corresponds with a HC Slam. He does seem really down on himself at the moment though, I wonder if the pressure of trying to break down the Fedal ceiling in the rankings and failing has finally gotten to him

It's interesting how quickly after his 1st slam (13 months) that this poll was posted, and how many people at that time voted 'No'.
Now, the question is how many more will he win?

I am going to go out on a limb and claim that Novak won't win more than 3 slams by the time he is done.

I noticed that too. He had just won the Masters Cup as well. :tape: (Granted he "only" had to beat Davydenko for the title.)

Djokovic had been gradually crumbling/playing worse since his peak tennis in January-June 2008 until last summer, but it was always too soon to totally count him off. He was too young to say "never."

Bump..

 :superlol: :haha:

And the guy who spouted this -- right after AO'11-- still has the gall to masquerade as some brightest bulb in the board..Gotta bust out of your own obtuseness, first, before turning to the sheeples around you, kiddo....

A fedtard's mind is connected to his heart. Isn't that surprising?

No.

^ Stop trying to start fan wars. That's your single purpose on this forum, sad.

Look Dull tards also said no. Shocking.

Will probably end up with more weeks at #1 than Dull and rightfully so.
