Agassi was good at it, especially playing in the wind. Since 2004 Federer improved a lot in this departement, he doesn't tank matchs anymore because of wind, cold or anything.

When you're talking of mental strenght you have to say Nadal and like I already said Federer is not as weak as some people may think. So yeah for me Fed and Nadal are far above the rest.

HAHA. pretty sure Djoker is having a pretty bad time here in the heat and that his "lung" problems or w.e he has dont give him an advantage, so theres no way he's the best player with extreme conditions. If anyone it would probably be Rafa :)

Since you said extreme conditions (which includes heat and cold), Fed would be somewhere at the top of the list since he can play quite well in cold and hot conditions.

Obviosly this is Nadal, he loves to play in heat, I think he feedsfrom heat so yeah, its him, I cant think of anyone else who can take heat more.

I remember Schuttler when he made the AO final and also made a couple of finals in Doha was dealing really with the heat

He is definitely one of the best in hot condotions but remains yet to prove he takes cold weather just as good. He deals pretty well with hard wind - impressive in a way since his massive topspin requires perfect timing, on the other hand his shots could be less prone to go long so hard to say what winds "should" do to his game.
IMO Fed deals with heat just as well as Rafa and cold probably a tad better, but wind affects his game more.
