AO R1: Tsonga crushes Monaco 6/4 6/4 6/0EnriqueIG8 01-20-2009, 07:27 AM Tsonga was always in control he let Monaco come back in the second but crushed him in the third. Tsonganator 01-20-2009, 07:32 AM Whatcha gonna do when the TSONGANATOR comes for you? maf 01-20-2009, 07:33 AM Jo was nice not to bagel Monaco in the second. duong 01-20-2009, 07:34 AM Great ! This surface is absolutely perfect for him ! Very quick, little spin, not too low bounce. This is made for him. duong 01-20-2009, 07:35 AM Btw, did anybody see Luisiana Lopilato ? I didn't see her  Snoo Foo 01-20-2009, 07:41 AM I didn't see her either but does she usually come to his matches? doesn't she have a tv show to film? maybe I pay enough attention. the graduate 01-20-2009, 07:51 AM Rock on Big Willy!!!! Raq-Attack 01-20-2009, 08:18 AM Jo looked in top form today, he was extremely comfortable and was picking some wonderful shots on both the FH and the Bh, i expect big things from him in this slam, if anyone can give Murray a nightmare it's Jo. duong 01-20-2009, 08:23 AM I didn't see her either but does she usually come to his matches? doesn't she have a tv show to film? maybe I pay enough attention. I saw a photograph when she came to one of his matches, but probably it's only sometimes. This surface is so ideal for Tsonga that he can beat Murray and even win the tournament there if he's fit, that's for sure ! Murray's draw might be quite hard if he has to face Verdasco then Tsonga, and they are fit ! duong 01-20-2009, 08:25 AM Why would she be at the match?, is Jo dating her or something?.. No she's with Pico Monaco  (look in Monaco's forum or the thread "prettiest wife or girlfriend" in "non-tennis forum") Raq-Attack 01-20-2009, 08:27 AM Oops parden me i never knew you were talking about Monaco... duong 01-20-2009, 08:30 AM I just read that she is Monaco's chick so i guess that's the reason she may have been there today... Yes, we were all there drooling in front of TV :hearts: StanShapkar 01-20-2009, 08:52 AM I hope JW's back is OK. He could go deep here.Very deep. madmanfool 01-20-2009, 09:19 AM Man, what a tennis player. Please stay healthy Tsonga. federernadalfan 01-20-2009, 10:40 AM tsonganator :woohoo: vamos kobulingam 01-20-2009, 10:44 AM Great ! This surface is absolutely perfect for him ! Very quick, little spin, not too low bounce. This is made for him. Not very quick, but quick enough for HIM to hit through the court but slow enough that most opponents can't hit through him. FedFan_2007 01-20-2009, 10:46 AM Ljubashit will be lucky to take 3 games. duong 01-20-2009, 10:48 AM Not very quick, but quick enough for HIM to hit through the court but slow enough that most opponents can't hit through him. I have the impression that it's quicker than in the US Open, isn't it ? And it seems to be even quicker at night. richie21 01-20-2009, 10:50 AM Superb stuff from Tsonga, really. If he plays at his best,i'm afraid that even Andy won't be able to stop him in his half of draw. ORGASMATRON 01-20-2009, 10:58 AM Superb stuff from Tsonga, really. If he plays at his best,i'm afraid that even Andy won't be able to stop him in his half of draw. Poor Andy, seems like his a goner in the quarters already  vincayou 01-20-2009, 12:07 PM Not that impressing, Jo played well but Monaco just gave him the match. A frightening number of UE. And by moments, on both side. He's not playing as well (yet?) as last year. Clydey 01-20-2009, 12:09 PM Superb stuff from Tsonga, really. If he plays at his best,i'm afraid that even Andy won't be able to stop him in his half of draw. :haha: Funny guy. And maybe because of Luisiana :haha: moon language 01-20-2009, 12:43 PM I have the impression that it's quicker than in the US Open, isn't it ? And it seems to be even quicker at night. No, it isn't. Guy Haines 01-20-2009, 10:33 PM Tsonga-Murray rematch! Tsonga-Nadal rematch! Better result than I expected considering the bad back talk. Rumour 01-21-2009, 12:58 AM Tsonga :D Monaco is obviously not playing as well as he was a year ot two back but I thought he was still a potentially tricky first round opponent, so it was reassuring to see JWT go through with ease and appear OK physically. Greatness 01-21-2009, 01:04 AM I hope Tsonga makes it at least to the semis; I really like watching him play. | |
