AO R1: GGL def. Calleri 3-6, 7-6(5), 6-2, 6-0

Calleri was in total control of this match. I believe he was up a break in the second and led the tiebreak. As could be expected though, he completely collapsed.

Good work GGL!

Calleri was once a respectable player, but he is a MUG in the whole sense of the word now...

Calleri should quit because his sack of bitter defeats becomes ridiculous :o Yes, he was serving to lead 2-0 in sets. It's his 7th (8th) loss in a row.

this is... bad.

Awful loss for Gordo, but expected, just can't produce good tennis anymore...

Calleri needs to retire.

you know, when there is a match betwenn Garcia Lopez and Calleri, there is no winner...there is only a choker who mentally colapsed (according to MTF)

calleri has always been a shitty player in GS, now he just translates that to the whole season, to bad too because he could consistently be a top 30 player if it weren't for his mental game...

Typical Calleri

With Gordo even if he leads 5-0 5-0 and 40-0 you can say "far from over" :fiery:

I am sad of what become out of one of my fave players; hopefully he'll find some inner strenght yet and won't retire but stuns us with a good performance.

Anyway the gamblers must start to like him, these chokes. The livebetting type of gamblers, I mean.

He would never lead 5-0 5-0 40-0 because it's not possible :silly:
