Do you think Nadal can have another good year?

Nadal obviously had an awesome year in 2008, almost as good as Roger had for 4 years but we have just gotten used to it. What kind of year do you think Rafa will have in 09? Its hard to see him having another 08, even though he's only (22?). He will always be competitive at the French but do you think he will win another Wimby or another slam?

I think he could win this time again both the French and Wimby, he has to improve on hard courts, he's definetely in the top 5 on hards.

He'll be working at a fruit stall at the end of the year.

I hope he doesnt win wimby, i mean Fed will be really hungry to regain his title. If he doesnt seriously consider coming to the net more against Nadull im gona be really pissed.

he won't repeat 2005, no matter how hard he tries

No way he will improve 2008. Even if you don't consider Olympic Gold very important, won't happen.

I consider a good year winning more the one slam. Im interested to see if he can improve on the hard court slams.

Maybe he will just decide he really would just like to get married and settle down in Manicor and play soccer with his friends and fish. He's not after any record breaking like Federer, and now that he's had the Perfect Year, playing tennis won't be as much fun. And I think he realizes that winning at AO is a very long shot.

That will NEVER happen, Rafa is probably the tennis player the most desire. He'll be trying to win slams for as long as he can walk, which might not be very long

if he wins AO, and for me, he is as big favorite to do so as Fed is :o

he'll probably disappear little after RG and for sure won't be able to defend Wimby

if however, things go as everybody expects them to, Nadull struggling or playing well but nothing astonishing until the clay court season, then it will be very difficult to play him until and in Wimbledon, but he certainly won't extent his wining streak like last year on the last quarter of the season, also probably losing his No.1 spot if he doesn't win either AO or doesn't defend Wimby. :D

i have to say again that if he draws Novak at AO, he is most likely to win the whole thing.

If Nole and Nadull makes it to the semi's Rafa will get butchered.

My 6th sense worth.

If Roger wins the AO the world might as well end for all i care, but would be nice to see him brake Pete's record...
