Omg, what happened to Sijsling man :(
Such a talented guy and look what he is now...

I think had a lot of injury problems. Not unlike Haase. But he didn't disappear completely, for example last December he won two futures before getting injured again.

And today he did defeat Eaton 3-6 6-4 6-4 to qualify for the main draw...

BTW. Eaton is essentially Britain's #1 player not counting Murray (he was their #1 in Davis Cup recently). So beating the de-facto UK #1 at home -- not bad. ;)

In shape he is surely more than Top 300, but TTS is right in how injuries have hampered his progress in what is perhaps the most important stage in a player's career. He was injured right when a lot of guys are making the jump and development from juniors who are struggling on Challenger level to the next level.

ward vs poch gradin- lol

Hmm. Stadler is best on outdoor hard, I'd say. He can play indoors too. But the problem is that he is in hopeless shape this year. He has won 1/5 matches on Challenger level.

Robert on British soil and indoors is dangerous, but we have to see if he can make the transition from Futures to Challengers again.

A bad match i would say, a guy lik Jan Minar owned him on his second serve, and when he needed a good serve he could not deliver, that shoulder is far from OK, doubt we will ever see old Joachim back...

i have never seen Yani but his only two wins this year were against an unranked player and world n° 1058 (still 75 46 63...). Sisling is better than what his ranking shows so my money would go on him.
Stoppini is my favorite for the win along with De chaunac and Mannarino.

Fleming is better at doubles, but decent at singles too. he has just reutned to the tour after going to uni so his ranking is perhaps artificially low. Of the GB players he the 3rd highest points earner this year (after Murray and Boggo) so he has form.
