NFL Week Five

I hope to have another good week in the NFL, it appears to be a tough week but I will give it a go.

Colts -3 at Houston

Manning and the Colts come off a bye and hope to avoid going 1-3 on the season. I believe this is a must win for this team and they sense how important it is as well. Their schedule is very tough with games vs Baltimore, New England, Tennessee and Pittsburgh just to name a few. They have won ten of eleven meeting with the Texans and the domination should continue in this matchup.

Carolina -9.5 vs Kansas City

Larry Johnson had an incredible game last week vs the Broncos, he ran for 198 yards and 2 scores!! Now LJ gets a reality check and faces a ferocious run defence headed by Kris Jenkins. He will struggle in this game and without a running game that spells problems for the Chiefs because then Huard will have to throw the ball. This game could get ugly in a hurry!

Detroit +3.5 vs Chicago

I just have a feeling that Detroit is going to challenge the Bears. I don't really have a good explanation behind this but believe coming off the bye , the Lions will fight the Bears hard. I also believe there is a good chance for a let down here for the Bears. Anything is possible.....

Patriots -3 at San Francisco

I think Bellichick is going to have his team really well prepared for this game especially their defence. I honestly believe that the bye couldn't come at a better time for this team. They were over confident going into their game vs the Dolphins and got smoked. I really believe that they will get to O'Sullivan early and often. The wild card is Gore, lets just hope that he doesn't run crazy all over the Pats this week. It could be close but the Pats should be too much in the end for this team and their rookie qb.

Good luck everyone!!

Houston is desperate for a win but the Colts should feel the same way.. this should stay close but if I can take PM to win by a field goal in this dogfight I'm on it.

The Vikings were very fortunate to win this football game but key misses by Grammatica killed them. Minnesota not a great team and they won't have to be next week as they play the toothless Lions.

I thought they did brilliant tonight stopping the run e.g Peterson

That was very surprising however what is more surprising is that Minnesota still found a way to win without a successful running game.

True m8, but did you see how they got their first TD? it should of been 10-0 to NO, unbelivable the way they scored-
