Is there really a "rivalry" between Nole & Rafa?

I swear to God, every single time they play when ESPN is covering it, Chris Fowler ALWAYS makes it a priority to let the viewers know that there's some sort of "rivalry" between the two players as if they passionately hate each other or something. When they're interviewed about each other, I have neither seen nor read anything that would give the slightest indication of any sort of "bad blood" between the two or anything that would stand out.

To me, it sounds like propaganda. He said it during the Cincy SF.

There has been a very strong rivalry on the competition level, but I doubt they have any personal feelings mixed with it as they don't know each other, and no one has ever witnessed any problem between them during a match, like the ones Djokovic (and his camp) has had with Federer, or the ones Nadal had with Soderling, i.e.
