General Observation

Why is there such a fuss over being the first to post the result of a match on here?

Obviously sometimes there will be more than one thread made because people aren't mindreaders and thus won't realise that someone else is making one too, but why do people get so pissy about it?

How old is everyone on here out of curiousity?

octatennis, I'm looking at you.

some people are more hot-blooded than others who spend 5 years in a forum and only post 6 times, JIJ I'm looking at you ;)

There should be a quota for 1 thread per day.

There should be a rule, 2 minutes after a match has finished should the results be posted.

It'd make no difference, merely delay 2 min what is happening now.

It has something to do with "credits".
<-----------------------------------------------------------

For some strange reason people regard this mythical currency as being in some way valuable and starting match threads enables them to build up a stash. whole thing beats the hell out of me.

One poster should be assigned one tournament each and if they can't keep up with the scores/results to post, they should be hung, drawn, quartered and fed to other posters that want the job.

That'll separate the true tennis lovers from the rest. So who's up for it?

Idiotic behaviour, isn't it?

What can they buy with those "credits"? tickets to GS? icecream?

I know, it's like monopoly money. I actually thought you could exchange them for something useful, like VIP Status for example, but no. Virtual Betting is all they are good for, where you could be given the chance to win ... more virtual money.
