Johansson had a break in the first and served for it. He double-faulted at 40-30 and went on to lose a tiebreak. Clement had mini match points at 5-5 in the second but couldn't convert and then lost the second tiebreak. If I'm not mistaken, Johansson had a *1-0 break in the break but lost 4 games in a row. I could be wrong about that. Essentially, the player who drew first blood in a set, lost that set.
