i didnt cry after the lost... i cried only after seeing roger's face... and not only roger fans feel devastated... even nadal fans feel bad... this is the one and only match were both fronts come to an understanding... i guess its good in that sense
else... i would have preferred he trashed it in 3-4 sets to make it less painful... but i cheered on every pt and never lost hope... so it hurts... it must hurt a 1000x more for him

You said it for me ... I too only felt tearful when I saw how upset he looked - knowing it was the one title he wanted to hold onto above all others this year. The sadness on his face was heartbreaking to see. There is something vulnerable about Roger thats impossible to explain if you don't see it. I can't get used to the idea that he won't be walking out on Centre Court to open The Championships next year. I know one thing ... he will get a HUGE cheer - probably bigger than he got this year.
