Congrats to Sirianni. Alex >

mighty joe destroys boggers in what could only be termed as a cakewalk... word has it that siriannis presence was felt by boggers last week, and so intimidating it was that it drew a typical performance from one britains finest...

go joe

Bogdanovic is one of the biggest mugs to ever play on the tour. Gilbert must be drinking heavily to get through coaching this tool.

I think he feels the need to talk himself into a self-induced coma.

i think boggers must have some sort of emotional issue... just cant seem to get up for anything...

maybe bogdanovic should take up pro poker where u r allowed to fold and still look good...

Maybe Boggo should considering retiring from tennis and life as well?

I wasn't joking...I get tired of the overly-critical one-liners that appear on MTF so often, usually by people who never seem to find anything positive to say about anyone.

Having said that (?!) Bogdanovic is one player I cannot stand watching. I'm sick of his attitude and whingeing - I don't know how much time he actually gets to spend with Gilbert but he certainly can no longer complain that he's never been given any chances. The sooner he goes to find something else to do the better, preferably a long way from a tennis court. I don't, however, wish him harm.
Rant over. :)

Last week he crushed Zverev and looked the best player playing in Surbiton, and then he follows that up with two shocking losses against Levy and Sirianni - just doesn't make sense.

Boggo as a favourite seems to lose all the time, but when he's the underdog he plays so much better and is likely to win (he'd have had a better chance of beating Karlovic than Sirianni, as he wouldn't be expected to beat Karlovic)

Terrible loss today though, and he needs to find some wins from somewhere, as he has talent to be so much higher ranked but keeps having these shocking losses

is all good... i dont wish him harm either... deep down...

i have trained brits people and been trained by brits in the UK, and for me, he typifies the mediocrity accepted in brit tennis... mediocrity that highly paid foreign coaches will never fix or even provide a bandaid solution to... he is the mascot...

i know british tennis deserves better than the critisism it gets, because it does try hard... but no-one cares about ol' Terry Try Hard if he couldnt finally get the job done...

Its not really a bad loss, Joe is a good player, especially on grass.

I expected him to beat someone like Bogdanovic.

Haha... Once I heard a huge clapping coming from the court where Bogdanovic played his match so I deducted he won a point. Three next ovations suggested he won a whole game. Though, later the crowd was pretty silent so I guessed he lost the match .
