Let me start off by saying this thread isn't exactly original obviously, but the other one GWH strted was interesting so I'm starting a new one with some of the new generation.

This is the best list I could come up with, a couple of these guys are unproven so we will have to wait and see.

on what criteria are the groups divided?
the other thread had an important criteria which made it more interesting

Gulbis, Haase, Young, Eysseric and Nishikori should be in one group. They receive more wildcards while the other guys not as much

As far as I checked, Gulbis has received 3 WC during last 3 years (St Petersburg 2006, Cincinnati qualies 2007, Bermuda challenger 2008, where he was 8th seed with his WC). It's not that much, IMO

I expect great things from Tomic, he has all shots and nice touch + he will get enough support from Australian Tennis Federation( but not too much because Australian Federation even punished him for lack of effort)

I don't understand why you have to group them in random.
It doesn't really make any sense

Harrison/Tomic = Real deal when they get older.

Young = Potential to be the real deal if he can get in shape and stop moping.

Gulbis = French Open QF seems like a hell of a start.

Belucci = Maybe? He looked good against Nadal, give him a year or two.

The Rest = Decent players, nothing amazing.

^^^^^^^^,agent zero seemed to just throw in names there of the players he has heard or with no specific reason for dividing them in those groups... and belluci might be a bit old for this group...

Nishikori only got 3 main draw ATP WCs in his pro career, and 2 of them were after his Delray Beach victory (he had to qualify for Delray).

I dont think that is many WCs considering he won an ATP title. You can't compare it to someone like Young.

With the exact same players? I think not.
