from some other thread in the GM, it said it rained about 30 seconds and roddick went off the court before it stopped so they had to go in the lockerroom... this is really weird, i still cant believe everyone else is playing

Yeah its ridiculous to have stopped the Roddick match. A Roddick-Federer match would carry more weight than an Ancic-Federer match but the Wimbledon organizers have to be fair. I don't blame Roddick-any player losing would have acted like him. Give the guy a break. Complain about the Wimbledon organizers instead. In any case I want Roddick to win. I don't want another Gaudio winning a GS for now.

Well according to our commentators, Roddick walked off because Brad Gilbert was seen coaching him from the stands and advising him to call for a rain break. Don't know how they know this for sure, and didn't see it myself - but guess that's why Brad called his book "Winning Ugly" - the whole thing makes me sick. Hope Roger kills the Duck in the final.
