If the ATP tour had a draft, who would be picked first?

Basically, let's say the ATP Tour became a team sport... with say, 20 teams. And, to do so, they would have to have a draft. Teams would take turns picking a player for their team until all of the top... 200 were gone. Ranking points stayed, but instead of going toward individual players they went toward a team.

What players would be chosen in the top five? I think it's (almost) a given that Federer would be chosen first... But who second? The all-surface Djokovic, or the sure-to-win-one-grand-slam Nadal?

3rd? 4th?...
