Renaud 04-22-2008, 12:32 PM Simple Simon he loves playing the Spanish guys with heavy topspin. Exactly, especially on his backhand... Back problems for him but i still hope he gets better soon. I read somewhere he would beat Federer. HeretiC 04-22-2008, 12:33 PM :haha: And the French extinction goes on and on. Like Deja Vu with Americans in RG. scarecrows 04-22-2008, 12:35 PM Exactly, especially on his backhand... Back problems for him but i still hope he gets better soon. I read somewhere he would beat Federer. here Simon can definitively beat Federer. Action Jackson 04-22-2008, 12:35 PM Exactly, especially on his backhand... Back problems for him but i still hope he gets better soon. I read somewhere he would beat Federer. I remember one year when the King was in poor form and somehow qualified for RG, he gave Simon a huge hiding. Feel like a clown for not betting on this one. He has lots of problems with these guys. SloKid 04-22-2008, 12:39 PM Always nice to see Simon losing. :D I always wonder how he can win matches. Renaud 04-22-2008, 12:41 PM :haha: And the French extinction goes on and on. Like Deja Vu with Americans in RG. Yes also a bit like Argentinians here.... Too bad fabolous JR is no longer a Frenchie. Was he really hurt though? He retired a game away from what seemed an inevitable defeat, looks weird. finishingmove 04-22-2008, 01:24 PM federer is in for a fight :p Truc 04-22-2008, 01:31 PM Was he really hurt though? He retired a game away from what seemed an inevitable defeat, looks weird.Yes, he was really hurt according to the reports and the pics I've seen: http://www.menstennisforums.com/showpost.php?p=6891281&postcount=1692 He usually doesn't retire like that. And in an interview before the match, he said his back problems had reappeared in training in MC, so it probably didn't help today. Now he also is in poor form and prone to mental collapses, I'm not saying it's the only reason for this embarrassing result. HNCS 04-22-2008, 01:46 PM Simon was injured guys.... Not in the best condition. Manon 04-22-2008, 01:49 PM Whoever beat this light meet is my potential 'one of I like'. Ramirez destroyed this little prick Simon. Mateya 04-22-2008, 02:03 PM Gilles  Hope that back problem goes away quickly. :) Acer 04-22-2008, 03:30 PM Poor Gilles! Kuhne 04-23-2008, 12:02 PM I predict Ruben will beat Federer in 3 sets after Fed wins the first set easily then simply dumping the match and playing like crap for the other two. Kuhne 04-23-2008, 12:16 PM oi.. could I be wrong? Federer just made this a fight! SloKid 04-23-2008, 12:30 PM Because?
