2nd serve foot fault for the King.

Obvious tank

As long as Polaco makes the QFs here, then he will get directly at RG. There are a lot of clay clowns occupying space in the RG main draw.

Action Jackson

That's 2 second serve foot faults. He must be wanting to attack that net.

Have you seen the betfair market trading pattern for this match?

Totally reminiscent of Davydenko vs Vassallo, completely fixed.

Hernandez started at 1.9 and never went above it on heavy volume even as Brzezicki went a set and a break up.

Oh no! there is a possible match fix at an American event, that doesn't happen.

Oh dear....here we go again...

Sexy Odesnik has good chances of winning matches on the clay, especially for a Yank.

Call the ATP, lets investigate this and find nothing.

It has to be said that the trading volume isn't that great (partly due to the hour)
Only about EURO 60K wagered on Hernandez in total. It could be fixed, it could also be a nutter manipulating the market (which has happened before), but probably someone is in on it.

It's not hard to manipulate the market, but it's trendy to call everything a fix.

Well the trading graph speaks for itself, it's really 100% dodgy, if there would be an ideal fixed match example, this would be it.

With all the double-faults maybe Brzezicki is injured, maybe that's part of it.

But Hernandez and Brzezicki are both two struggling journeymen with little money and could be vulnerable.

Action Jackson
04-15-2008, 03:05 AM
Ok, I know a player is injured and have seen them struggling in training and then bet a whole lot of cash on the other guy to win. Does this mean I have benefited from a fix.

Yes, I have done this quite a lot.

Why would they fix this match? It was around 50-50 to begin with. Much more lucrative to fix matches where there is a clear favourite. Then both players should be motivated to win this match.

Oscar *5-0

Is Brzezicki going to come back get it to 5-4 and then Oscar serve it out for 6-4
