Semi finals line-up from the ex- Yugoslavia .

Marin Draganja is from Split and his coach is Vedran Martic who has coached Ivanisevic for couple of years.

Dutch and English got their asses kicked:) Not too surprised I must say, it shows the difference in attitude, in my opinion.

How nice,

What do you think of Tomi Jotovski from Macedonia.
He has solid shots and technic for his age, but still have to improve.
I think that backhand could be very , very good shot.

Well, honestly speaking, if Jotovski was very talented, he would have been in the Junior Top 100 last year (up there with Berankis and Ignatik)...and then he should beat younger players like Draganja. So realistically speaking, a top 100 place at the ATP seems very, very far away.

Well, I didn't said that he is very talented. I just asked someone who has seen him play lately what does he/she think of him?
Have you seen him play?

I think that he has some good shots in his game and some not so good which he has to work on more.(forhend ,especially down the line is fragile). Also, the court coverage is sometimes not excellent.

But he is hard worker and he can do something in the near future. He has to aquire better coach since the one he has is questionable in terms of tennis knowledge.

However, he is capable of beating higher placed players his age (he is born 1990 november).
He played in South america swing last month anmd lost in second or third round but to higher seeds.

The important thing is that he knows how to beat Dutch ass lately :devil::devil: , and that is very important considering that in 5 days from today we are playing Holland on clay in Davis Cup tie here in Skopje.

I got sick yesterday afternoon, I was in a hospital because I have an influenza and I have got an infusion yesterday evening, and a doctor sent me to home. I feel better today but must be in a bed for a few days. I hope to recover untill friday when I have to go to Women's ITF tournament.
I think jotovski is not an extra talented player but He should be on challengers level in a few years.

Sounds a bit spiteful, don't you think?:) I'm well aware of the fact that the Dutch don't have any real talents at the moment in Juniors. I'm just trying to point out to you that you shouldn't expect too much, but try to be realistic about his chances. He does have some nice shots, but there are many more players like that (even younger players). I doubt that he will play Davis Cup against the Netherlands, though, I would deem it more likely that Pedja Rusevski and Lazar Magdincev would face the Dutch. And indeed, if you look at ranking, you might not have a chance, but this is Davis Cup, so anything can happen. I personally just hope for an exciting tie with lots of great tennis.....and may the best team win, good luck to you (are you going to watch?):)

No of course, I was joking , not trying to sound spiteful :)

I have tickets for three days (cost about 16 EURO), and yesterday afternoon saw Haase practicing at the center court.
I think that Holland are the first Davis Cup team that has taken our Macedonian team seriously.
You know what happened to Latvians and Finns (with Jarkko and Gulbis) who underestimated us.

The funny thing is that some 50 Dutch fans are planned to come to Skopje. That is very interesting.

I am taking my camera with me friday, and will post some photos here - I hope.

BTW, I think that Robin has bright future in front of him, probably top20 .

Well, indeed the Dutch team has to take Macedonia seriously, considering the defeats of Latvia and Finland (admittedly I would have expected Finland and Latvia to win as well). The matches will be shown here on a sport channel, so I will definitely be watching as well. Haase top 20....well, if he can become more consistent, he has the possibilities to do it (since he already beat players like Murray and Grosjean). I personally hope he brings his A-game against you guys, cuz otherwise we'll be in for a long tie (especially since we don't really have a good second player).

You'll be posting your pics in the Davis Cup-thread? Cuz I'll be interested to see those. Best of luck in the tie, anyway, may the best team win (hopefully us;))
