Haas better not reach the SF against Roddick, because I'd be pissed that ES2 is gonna show the first SF instead of the 2nd one.
;)

I was kidding, of course, since it would be already quite an achievement if he won his first match against Kendrick, and that without the same worries he had this week.

 I didn't even know the SJ draw had been posted :o
If Tommy goes out again in the 1st Rd against someone he should defeat, I'm really going to be worried about that shoulder :scared: I don't know if he should have decided to play Pete or not  I had thought it was a good idea until I remembered that Tommy was also going to be in the Tournament. Now I don't know if it was a good idea or not

What's he playing at?! He doesn't need to be playing any more matches than nessacery with all his aches and pains, even if they are against Pete. Kendrick can be a tough one, I hope he gets through! :tape:

he learned from the past. If he will play you can be sure he will be 100% healthy. All he needs is more matches to get used to the whole thing again. So playing Pete isn't a bad idea in my opinion

I would like a win, of course, to make Tommy happy and to give him some ranking points :) But I'm still worried about that shoulder :scared: And I never heard anything about him and Pete playing

If he has got anything left in that shoulder he should win, but I'm not sure about the shoulder

Tommy is playing now. I wasn't figuring in West Coast time. Right now it is 3-1 Tommy in the 1st Set :)

3 all in the 2nd Set. I wonder how Tommy's shoulder is doing?

4-3 Robert in the 2nd Set. I'm getting this from a terrible scoring site. It doesn't show points or who is serving. It would be my guess they are on serve, but that is just a guess.

4 all 2nd Set.

5-4 Robert. To explain I can't use the scoring site at the San Jose Tournament because it requires a higher Flash Level than I have

OH NOOOOOOO Robert won the 2nd Set 6-4 :scared: I wonder about Tommy's shoulder

1-0 Tommy in the 3rd Set. I doubt that Tommy wanted a 3 Set Match, but he has one

4-1 Tommy in the 3rd Set. It is looking good right now for this Match, but I can't really seeing Tommy getting too far in this Tournament unless he can lift his game. Robert is an American Journeyman Tennis Player who probably most people haven't even heard of.

5-1 Tommy in the 3rd Set :) It at least looks like he will make it past the 1st Rd in this Tournament :yippee:

3 sets but it doesn't matter...a win is a win. :)

But now against Isner. Some doubts because Tommy has always problems with this kind of players.

I've had a soft spot for Kendrick ever since he took Rafa to 5 sets at Queens a few years back. He can really stick it to the top players when he puts his mind to it, I'm glad Tommy came through.

6-4 6-7(6) 3-6 Tommy lost. Expected one but he had his chances. He was leading 6-3 in the tiebreak.

Omg   :o :o
That's a bad loss.. Even more than it was in the summer imo consider the facts Isner wasn'r on a roll this week, abd Tommy had Mp's, some of the, I guess, on his serve  :o :bigcry:

Yappa

The 3rd MP was on his own serve. The first two were probably saved thanks to service bombs, I guess.
I followed the first two sets. I couldn't believe my eyes, when he still lost the TB. I didn't bother to also follow the deciding set, since it was clear what would happen. Good choice.

Better luck in Memphis, Tommy. Who knows, maybe he'll score at least one more win. :)
