The grass court in Rosmalen is a disaster

Yesterday I watched Schüttler vs. Sluiter at s'Hertogenbosch. The Centre Court is in horrible shape and virtually unplayable. :o
Near the net, the ball doesn't bounce at all. And the rest of the court is totally erratic. Just watch the players prepare their serves and how often they lose the ball when they let it bounce.

Compared to this, Queen's courts are 1000 times better. And even Halle (which was usually very bad as well with low bounces) has been pretty good this year.

Doesn't the ATP have requirements for the quality of a tennis court?

well, that would be useful in that case, but how to measure the quality of a court?
It's virtually immeasurable or what would be your criteria?

and presumed the court would fail such a quality measurement, what would you propose to do?
halt the tournament?
continue playing next year?
scheduling the matches on another court that would be pretty as crappy as the court in question?
declaring the highest seed left in the tournament as winner?

well, that's not practicable and all we can hope for is for a good work of the greenkeepers... furthermore, 's-Hertogenbosch has the problem that it hosts both WTA and ATP players in one week, something Halle or Queen's doesn't do for example...
