I was cracking up after Tsonga hit that amazing lob to take the first set and his dad was doing the Ali punches and getting fired up. He seems like a great guy and a proud parent.

They appear to be cool parents and its clear Jo was well brought up.I kinda like his father jabbing like that so refreshing much better than looking at Joko's mum.

I can't imagine what would be being said if it had been Nole's father that did that.

He seems to have great parents, no wonder he's such a great guy. Reminded me of Sampras father at Wimbledon.

I think Tsonga's dad is cooler than Tsonga. By miles. And miles. :) :)

Hes' enormously attractive. More so than his son.

His dad was genuine, which I think made it more special. I'm sure he's never been in such an atmosphere before watching his son, and you could just really see in his eyes how proud he was.

It was cool to see his Dad. I don't think he's a very good boxer, though. Those punches were very jerky and it looked like he nearly tore his rotator cuff....

Yeah Tsonga's dad is cool. He seemed very relaxed whenever they showed the box, but his mother looked so nervous and uptight.

Djokovic's parents looked like they were about to explode every time they were shown!

Well his mum was very calm I thought. But maybe you think his mother was the one next to his father... in fact she was to his right but there was a lady in the middle (I don't know who she is) and she was very excited compared to the parents.

I thought Tsonga's parents were really cool, way cooler than the obnocious Serbs... You could see that they were not used to this kind of situation and really enjoyed how special it was...

he seemed rather cool throughout the whole match, but those Ali punches were really funny...I do not like parents being fired up like teenagers,no matter whose parents they are...they could look very funny!

It was nice seeing an elegant sexy mature man sitting on the sidelines. Both Evelyne and Didier seem to be doting parents genuinely taken by surprise by what was going on in Melbourne.
