Roger Fans

This is what happens when no coach is there. His game has fallen in little aspects which turn big like andy roddick. Roger stands up on the basline druing heavy hitting rallies and as a result his shots are out as he hits over the ball and novak hits up. If he stood back like he did against Canas at madrid he would out rally anyone. Also his penetrating backhand slice has now turned into a sit up shot with no pace.

Tennis at its best is showin the in Canas match at the madrid masters. Not to mention his forehand and backhand down the line do not get hit on the line now they get hit mid court if not out.

Discipline is the key that is what a coach provides. He also needs to move his feet and commit to shots stand there , plant your feet and swing like usual.

Im not being rude i just hate seeing his talent go to waste:confused:

IMO he was playing against Djokovic too passive, too conservative, but he can't win all the time! The other players have also own weapons and he lost to (probably) the future No. 1! It's not a matter of wasting his talent. At last year's US Open he was there without a coach too and beat Djokovic in straight sets. He had saved then 5 setpoints in the 1st set and won in straight sets, yesterday he wasted a big opportunity in the 1st set and lost in three. That's tennis

I think what dragons is saying is that Roger really isn't showing what he's fully capable without a coach to back him up, much like Agassi before he teamed up with Brad Gilbert. The weapons, skills, talent, etc, were all there but it can be guided in a way to maximize results.

4 years Running. Roger is also human. He was tired.

So, That's why I said before, We would have a New No 1 come out this year
