Excellent win for Bogdanovic! Joachim Johansson is certainly one this seasons rising stars as well which makes it even more remarkable. I wonder if there will be a British player other than Henman to emerge inside the top 100 by the end of Wimbledon.

Another good win for Jonny Marray - he beats Wayne Arthurs 7-6(!!), 2-6, 6-3.

Great day again for the Brits! With both Rusedski and Marray going through making up a total of 4 Brits in the 2nd round!

Some quality, gritty displays from Parmar(came from a set down), Marray(saved set point in first set) and even from everyone's favourite Canadian-British tennis player, who saved a match point to progress.

Saretta bt. Marray 6-7 7-6 6-2
Marray served for the match at 6-5, and on cue choked badly. Typically British departure. Yet again Henman and Rusedski will be the only Brits remotely within distance of the later stages of Wimbledon. :help:

hmmm Id disagree there - to be honest I think only Henman has a hope of getting past the first two rounds out of the British contingent. I do hope Im wrong though :D
