2- He was thinking on his last match with Federer
3- He only gets motivated when he plays Federer or when he is in a epic moment
4- He was angry because Mc Donald didnt want to give him a sundae
5- He only plays tennis for fun, he doesnt care the N1 Ranking place

Just to have some fun xD

Tennis is a mere hobby. David's real talent is rally car driving.

David only plays in the grand slams

The empanadas are of poor quality in Switzerland and doesn't go down well with the fondue.

He didn't come to play.
His mind was back in Madrid.
He didn't adjust to the different court conditions.
He was already thinking about Paris next week.

As he complained last year in Basel, players have to cross the smoking area to reach the press room there and it bothers him... He doesn't mind Davidoff paying the bills this week though :o

I think he loves beef much more than a starter like empanada.
You could not be full enough with three empanadas. And with three kg of asado he will be quite happy.
And then comes the beer.

After all this said who would think of playing Wawrinka, c'mon :) :) :)

Interesting first thread from a newbie. You sound like you've been around here before. ;)

btw, shouldn't this be the Donut Excuse thread? There are a few Davids on tour but only one donut. :lick:

Basel is too small a tournament to appreciate his clean hitting, so he didn't give it to them.

Well, Im used to be in forums. My favourites are, in spanish, Meristation forums(Sports, Movie, Videogames, etc.) were I have the same nick as here and Im registered since October 2003; and in english, GTPlanet forums, were I have another nick (GTSilent), but for now Im only viewing day by day the news of Gran Turismo 5 without making any post.

Sorry for my english. Actually, Im canadian, but I lived in Argentina since Im 8 months old (just a baby), so...take your own conclusions here. Im a soccer fan, a tennis fan and a Chess fan (teacher and tournament player).

Well, enough of my life, lets talk about one of my favourites tennis players, Nalbandian

I like humor, and I saw the chance of create this new thread xD

One more: Wawrinka promessed a lot of Swiss chocolate for let him win

He'd have at least 50 of the empanadas though, then the steak has to be cooked the right way and if the temperature of the coals aren't right and then it impacts on the cut of beef.
