He only won 40% odd points off his 1st serve...either Seppi was seeing the ball like a football, or Baggy wasn't serving at full power, hence my question about a possible injury,

It's obvious to me that Marcos has completely bottomed out...No confidence, out of shape, no strategy, no coaching...a shame of epic proportions for a man of such talent. Last year, he was on top of the world...the hottest new guy on tour...a slam final, a Wimbledon semi, a beautiful girlfriend...and

then...

came...

his match against Andre at the Open...THAT is the point where he started falling apart. Every close match he was in resulted in a loss...He has not been able to recover from that loss...and each subsequent loss in close matches has killed him...

A true shame...

I think he is waiting for the new and improved 2009 ATP tour...

Or Levy

Hahahaha, these reactions are just priceless.

Good to see the legends of the Smithsonian institute in here refer to this clay mug called Seppi has made semis on grass, hardcourts. It's not like Seppi is like Volandri or to a lesser extent, he can win and has won matches off clay.

The 6-0 against Armando is still one of the highlights of the year.

I can't say I am that surprised. There have been nasty comments before. But still, it is a bit unexpected since everyone used to be crazy with his lovable on court personality.

Anyway, I guess it's understandable; in life in general when you are winning/successful/rich, people think you are also great, beautiful/handsome, funny etc; when you start losing you become an ugly and boring mug . Nadal of course is the exception to the rule, he is considered an ugly and boring mug by many no matter what :haha:.

You see Marcos is the classic bandwagon player, he gets on a winning streak people love him and now he has 1 loss and they want to hang him.
