Djokovic - Arsenal - vibrant young exciting great to watch and full of personality.

Federer - Man Utd - most sucessful player in recent history, always favorite to win, can be exciting to watch, always lucky and are...Going to be overtaken by Arsenal pretty soon ;)

Davydenko - Liverpool - always there and there abouts but never have a shot at winning the race.

Cant think of nadal yet?

Recent winners of European Cup. Arsenal have yet to win and Manchester United have not for over 15 years.

Davydenko will never win a major trophy in his career.

Bullshit, all clubs regar their own league as first priority.

The league is something played throughout the season not one off double legged matches.

Stick to the tennis mate. :haha:

AC Milan and Inter dont, so that 'all clubs' you can put it elsewhere

safin is a little like real madrid: on a good day it can beat the brazilian national team by a wide margin, on a bad day it can lose vs. a third league club.

and he's flashy enough as well to be associated with them.

Both CL and league very important.

Different clubs have different priorities but for EPL and La Liga domestic pride more important...consistant winning against top class opposition week in week out.

CL is a cup competition that anyone can get lucky and win even if they cant win their league to save their lives...i.e Liverpool.

 it was so obvious this would turn into a football debate.

Safin ---> Real Madrid is a good call, brilliant on their best day but capable of pure and utter garbage the majority of the time.

Roddick ---> Liverpool, have fallen behind the cream of the crop but are still always there or thereabouts, and looking to bring back the glory days.

Nalbandian ---> The Spanish national team, perennial underachievers, often talked up before a big event only to fall flat on their face.

Davydenko ---> Everton. Steady but highly unexciting.

Almagro ---> Tottenham. Lots of talent and potential, but often wasted. Large egos with expectations too high.

Mathieu ---> Newcastle. Choke when the biggest prize of all awaits them. Have struggled to recover from it.

Pashanski ---> Lazio. Racist fucks.
